How We Can Support You

  • Develop & Improve Student Motivation Towards Learning & Personal Development
  • Improved Student Engagement in All Areas
  • Provide Early Intervention for Vulnerable Students
  • Raise Aspirations of Students
  • Fit in with the ethos of your school
  • 1 – 1 Mentoring Interventions (Impact Mentoring Programme) Our most successful & longest serving programme to date which has engaged over 2000 young people since we started back in 2017. 1 – 1 mentoring Interventions designed to support young people inside of the education setting. This programme looks to implement positive relationship building & raising aspirations, alongside goal setting & self – reflection tools that encourage the young person to make better informed decisions, leading to development & success inside & outside of the education setting. Young People are referred into the programme by Pastoral Leads, Senior Leadership Teams &/or DSL’s with a mentor being allocated to the young person upon completion of referral form. Please note – This programme has no time limit with participant progress being reviewed on a half termly basis.
  • Let’s Grow Programme (10 Week Programme) – A short term programme designed to engage participants quickly & efficiently through working on specific topics that are relevant to personal development & growth. Our Let’s Grow Mentors look to capture the imagination of young people through engaging and thought-provoking group sessions that look to raise the aspirations of the participants ensuring they go away having the belief that they can achieve the impossible.
  • Classroom Support – We understand that with the cuts made by government over the years to school budgets, teaching assistants are unfortunately becoming few and far between especially for each class within a school. We believe that TA’s play a vital role in the development of a student especially from an education development point of view.
  • LAC Support - Bespoke specialist support for young people identified as a “looked after child”. The aim of the support is to provide 1 – 1 mentoring intervention that raise the aspirations, understand any previous trauma & provide strategies for independence through relationship building, regular communication & personal development, leading to development in areas that need improvement.
  • Lunchtime Support (Through Sport) – Lunchtimes should be a safe & enriching environment for students to learn new skills & channel their energy into something positive. Our lunchtime support sessions are an excellent way of engaging students & putting a stop to your chaotic lunchtimes. Our mentors are all qualified in sports coaching & will provide engaging & fun activities that capture the imagination of the students leading to an easier & much safer playground for all at lunchtimes. (Please note lunchtime clubs are only available when another service such as 1 – 1 mentoring, LAC or classroom support has been purchased)
  • Before & After School Clubs - Before & After school clubs are great way to get students participating in Out of Hours Learning activities. Our clubs look to get participants active through the use of sporting activities that promote sport in general & the importance that it can have on an individual’s lifestyle. Clubs can be based of themes such as the commonwealth games, the Olympics or a world cup giving participants with the ultimate sporting experience
  • Transition Workshop – It’s a common theme that students in year 6 often require some form of support for the cultural change they are about to experience from moving in to secondary school. The secondary school environment can be a daunting place for new year 7’s to go into especially at the start, this is why our Transition workshop has been designed to equip soon to be year 7 students with the tools they need to understand what to expect in secondary school.
